Spooky Little Girl by Laurie Notaro

The plot took off quickly & initially I wasn't impressed with Lucy- She seemed too whiny, shallow and irresponsible. But when Ruby Spicer from "There's a (Slight)Chance I Might be Going to Hell" dropped in as Lucy's afterlife instructor I was hooked. Spooky Little Girl was funny and lighthearted with a dash of mystery and romance.
